From the first idea to the final presentation.

Explore selected work in strategy, branding, content, and communication for architecture, construction, and real estate.

Our work spans the decisions that shape a brand and the materials people use to understand it. It includes research, audience definition, positioning, naming, brand identity, messaging, and content for websites, project presentations, brochures, company profiles, sales materials, social media, newsletters, and campaigns.
The examples below bring together work for businesses and projects across architecture, construction, and real estate. They show how we connect industry knowledge, strategic thinking, writing, and visual communication to explain complex offers and give them a consistent voice across different channels.

NOTA BENE

Strategic communication for an architecture practice working across complex residential and development projects.

Architecture firms have plenty to show. Drawings, technical documentation, completed projects, design concepts, and years of experience. But communicating what makes their work valuable to clients and developers is a different challenge.
For NOTA BENE, the task was to build a consistent way of presenting the studio's expertise to potential clients and business partners, particularly in international markets.
We worked with architectural project documentation, technical descriptions, design concepts, and the studio's professional experience to develop website content, project narratives, company presentations, portfolios, and business development materials.
Rather than simply describing buildings, we explained the thinking behind them: how design decisions respond to site conditions, functional requirements, energy performance, user comfort, and project constraints.
The result
A structured body of communication materials that helps the studio present its capabilities, explain complex projects, and approach international clients and partners with a clearer, more consistent message.

EOScale Homes

Turning a technical housing system into a story people can relate to.

Modular housing is often presented through construction methods, production processes, materials, and energy performance. These details matter, but they don't necessarily explain why someone should choose that home.

For EOScale, the communication challenge was to connect the technical logic of its modular housing system with what prospective homeowners and business partners actually want to understand.

We worked with the company's architectural concept, housing models, production approach, and energy-efficient design principles to develop its brand messaging, website content, and product descriptions.

Instead of treating modular construction as the main selling point, we focused on explaining what the system offers in practical terms: how the homes are designed, what distinguishes the construction approach, and how technical decisions relate to comfort and everyday living.

The result

A clearer communication framework that connects EOScale's technical expertise with the experience of owning and living in one of its homes, making the product easier to understand and present to different audiences.

2Rivers

2Rivers | Making a large residential development easier to understand and present

Six residential buildings, hundreds of apartments, commercial spaces, landscaped areas, and shared public spaces. There was a great deal to communicate, but a list of project specifications alone could not explain the development's character.

Our task was to turn a complex architectural concept into a coherent identity and communication system.

We developed the project name, brand positioning, key messages, and promotional materials, connecting the architectural concept with the experience of living there.

The result was a consistent communication framework that could be applied across the project's brochure and promotional materials, giving the development a recognizable identity and a clearer story for prospective buyers.
